How long does delivery take?
Our EU warehouse is based in Portugal and orders usually take up to 1 working day to be processed.
As the delivery distance increases it is expected that the delivery time will also increase.
Most of our orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.
However, the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately.
How much will shipping cost?
Costs are based on the weight of the ordered items and the intended delivery address.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the shopping cart.
